Absentee voting has begun

As of Sept. 18, absentee voting will be available by mail or in person at the Plato Building (90 Plato Blvd. W., Saint Paul, MN, 55107). Additional in-person voting locations will be available with the start of early voting on Oct. 16.

Vote by mail

Once you receive your ballot:

  1. Complete your ballot according to the instructions.

  2. Have a witness or notary complete the required certification.

  3. Return your ballot by mail or in person.

Return your ballot:

Do not return an absentee ballot to your polling place. Track your absentee ballot online to see whether it has been received and accepted.
