For those under 60 seeking legal assistance or advocacy related to a disability:


Minnesota Disability Law Center (MDLC)

MDLC is part of Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid and is the federally designated Protection & Advocacy Agency for vulnerable adults and people with disabilities in MN.


Provides FREE legal assistance and advocacy on issues related to a disability. Help navigating the system, applying or appealing decisions, for Medical Assistance, Social Security Disability, SSI, CFSS (Community First Services and Supports), Waiver Programs, and MnCHOICES Assessment.


No income guidelines or citizenship requirements to receive assistance.

Disability HUB

The Hub is for all Minnesotans with disabilities and the people that support them, including those with temporary disabilities, invisible disabilities and mental health conditions. From infants and their families to older adults, the Hub is for everyone.
